I began working for M. Scott Properties in September of 2015 in 2016 I was promoted to being the assistant for Marleane Scott, the broker, and owner of M. Scott Properties. In 2019 I received my real estate license, I have dedication and passion for my responsibilities as the broker’s assistant and as a Realtor here at M. Scott Properties. While working for the Boeing Airplane Company from 1968 to 1998 in Seattle I simultaneously went to night school and obtained my BS from City College in Bellevue WA. Accomplishing higher education while working for a living shows my commitment, desire and effort to achieve professional growth, and my commitment as a self-starter.
I worked thirty years in the aviation industry and I retired from the Boeing Airplane Company July 1998.
At Boeing Airplane Company I was awarded two prestigious Boeing “Procurement Recognition Awards” and the Boeing’s “Pride in Excellence Award.”
I started as a purchasing agent for Boeing’s Executive Aircraft Customization program, there I was responsible for the complex purchasing in the USA and International of everything from advanced avionics to elegant custom executive aircraft furnishing for the Heads of States in several countries. This position placed me as a chief point of contact for sales between Boeing and their multi-billion dollar international customers. With this position came world wide traveling and the opportunity to work with high-level professional aircraft customers. Thus, I gained knowledge and experience in buying and selling.
My strength? Is listening. Years of high-level worldwide sales experience exposed me to a great variety of cultural differences and nuances to deal with in my sale negotiations and approach. Therefore, I soon learned that selling involves more than one approach. Each sales can only be developed by close listening and select questioning of the client. That’s where I come in!
I received a Confidential Security Clearance so I understand the importance of protecting our client’s personal ideas and our private conversations.

Since retiring in July 1998 I obtained my CA and NV real estate licences. As a part time, CA resident I am actively selling property in CA.
My primary home is in Minden NV. I have the experience of selling timeshares at Walley’s Spa and Resort. I believe that my experience in vacation ownership sales and marketing gave me a broader insight into real estate.
